Mike, Tony, and Kimberly were awesome! Buying my trike was a no pressure sale. Mike and Tony asked questions to help me get on the right trike. Price and financing were within NADA and KBB values. Treated my wife and I as family. Couldn't ask for a better experience. When we went to sign the paperwork, the internet was down. They told us to take our trike and go have some fun and the would text us when the internet was back up. Incredible staff! Highly recommend Rocky Top Harley Davidson.

My trike overheated and I was 4 miles away from Rocky Top. I pulled in and with in 35 minutes I was back riding again. My pump went bad. Thank you all so much. 5 stars all the way. Wish my HD place was like that.

My husband and I walked into the dealership in January to inquire about custom controls for my new 2018 Fat Bob 114 and spoke with John about options. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. While there, we purchased clothing and accessories. The staff was friendly, engaging and courteous. So much so, that on Saturday, May 19th, 2018 we purposely visited the dealership again while on a weekend vacation to look at bikes, specifically a 2018 Street Glide Special. Once again the staff provided excellent service and this time we were helped by the salesman, Dennis . He spent over an hour talking, explaining, starting a few bikes and had us sit on a few for fit and comfort. We decided to sleep on it and almost left town but turned around three traffic lights away and came back again to look. Dennis and the Tony, the Manager, again, spent over 3 hours and let us both conduct 4 test rides, riding along with Dennis on two different models we had selected. By the end of the day we had selected a 2018 Street Glide Special in Twisted Cherry paint. Dennis, John and Tony helped us select the Bassani exhaust, and even arranged to have the system installed first thing Monday morning. Before leaving Sunday night, we were helped by the clothing and accessories staff and purchased boots, clothing and home decor. On Monday afternoon we arrived to take the new bike home and Dennis, John and the entire team completely took care of every question, concern and need. Tony and Kim worked me to arrange a wire transfer from my bank account to pay for the bike and made it seamless and quickly done in under half an hour. Before leaving, we purchased a new helmet, additional clothing and riding gear. We absolutely cannot say how happy we are with our new Street Glide, and with the entire staff. Most especially, our Salesman, Dennis, Tony the Manager, and John in parts and service. We would highly encourage and recommend Rocky Top Harley Davidson for sales and service. To the owners, Tony and his Team at Rocky Top are doing it right! "Money can't buy happiness, but it can buy Harley's, and that's as good as it gets!"

I was on vacation with my girlfriend who rides a Sportster and we went to go riding and my 2008 Road Glide went about 50 yards and shutdown. We got the bike back to the cabin we had rented and went to the dealership in Pigeon Forge to get some advice on what could be wrong. We left and came back the next day, Friday May 18, 2018. We loaded my bike up in the trailer and took it to the service dept at Rocky Top Harley Davidson. I was expecting a $1000 service charge but it was only $134.18. They not only were able to pinpoint the issue concerning my bike shutting down, they took care of the problem promptly and professionally. They also took care of a recall notice to flush the anti-lock brake fluid. Y'all could have taken advantage of an out of towner and charged me much more than what y'all actually did. So I decided to buy some other stuff and it was the bulk of the cost! If I ever buy another Harley-Davidson, I'll definitely come back to the Rocky Top Dealership in Pigeon Forge because they treated me extremely well. BobCorpus Christi, TX.

I do not normally post my opinion on products or companys however I felt compelled to do so with this Harley dealership.

On August 19, 2017 my daughter and I rode the Dragons Tail and on the way back to our hotel in Pigeon Forge my bike just quit going up one or the mountains about 30 miles from Pigeon Forge. Took about 5 hours to get a tow truck out to our location (no cell service).

I knew my battery was dead so Sunday morning I was on Harleys door waiting of them to open. Bought a battery then put the battery in my bike then took it over to Rocky Top Harley and they diagnosed the problem as a bad Stator. We had to get back home a 440-mile ride and was hoping that they could fix the problem. Well they completed the work in just a little over 2 hours and we were on the road headed to Thomasville, AL.

I would recommend the dealership to all. If you have problems they will take care of you.

Just wanted to thank All the staff; they were awesome! We walked in to buy a t-shirt and bought 2 new bikes! They are delivering them Friday and picking up the trades! Mike, Tony, and Kim were amazing to deal with! The service and parts dept helped my husband with pegs and installed them! I would highly recommend visiting these guys if you are in the area!

Just wanted to thank the guys in the service department. My bike broke down near Rockytop Harley. They took my bike in right away and made it a priority to do everything they could to get me back on the road. Even the rental guy helped out. They did it in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. People / service like this makes me proud to ride a Harley.

Absolutely amazing service staff! I arrived in Pigeon Forge and unloaded my bike to find that it would not start. This dealership went above and beyond to help me out with not only a loaner battery but charged mine while I was out riding. Extremely thankful for all they did!

I would like to give a big thank you to the service. Due to my knowledge of bikes I cause Harley to come out on a 3 hour round trip and they wouldn't take a penny for the time. That is 5 star customer service. Thank you Harley Davidson!!
